💞 Welcome or welcome back to Weekly Oracle.

If you deal with constipation, bloating, hard stools, or slow digestion, these are 10 foods that may help keep things moving.

**This is based on personal observation, not medical advice or a diet recommendation. Always ask your doctor before starting a new diet or taking supplements or laxatives 👩‍⚕️

Foods for constipation relief:

(As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases)

1️⃣ Prunes: a classic food for constipation

2️⃣ Apples: we like them with a tiny bit of salt + Korean chili flakes or Tajín

3️⃣ Grape-Nuts cereal: we like it with raspberries or sliced strawberries + stevia

4️⃣ Pumpkin: pumpkin ravioli and crustless pumpkin pie are favorites

5️⃣ String beans: air fry fresh string beans with olive oil + Cajun seasoning at 390° for 8 mins

6️⃣ Mango: good by itself or with Korean chili flakes or Tajín

7️⃣ Watermelon: good alone, with chili flakes or Tajín, or as agua fresca

8️⃣ Cantaloupe: same as watermelon

9️⃣ Cucumber: good alone, with chili flakes or Tajín, as agua fresca, or as Korean cucumber kimchi

🔟 Zucchini: we like it puréed into tomato pasta sauce or as zucchini bread

👉🏼 Extra constipation helpers:

⚠️ Important warning: Do not take Senna tea and MiraLAX together unless your doctor tells you to. Also, be careful taking either one with these foods above if they already help you go number 2 because that can lead to urgent, watery, explosive diarrhea 💩 💦 (Not joking! 👀)

💾 Save this for later if you need foods that help with constipation, natural constipation relief, or easy high-fiber meal ideas.
